Support and legal contact

Support, privacy, accessibility, security, billing, and legal notice intake: support@iectechinc.com.

IEC Tech Inc. routes verified legal and privacy matters internally from that inbox.

Commitment

IEC Tech Inc. wants CertGenius AI to be usable by learners, administrators, teams, and agencies with a broad range of abilities and assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of the product quality bar, not a separate afterthought.

Standards we work toward

CertGenius AI aims to support WCAG 2.1 AA principles where practical, including perceivable content, keyboard access, sufficient contrast, clear focus states, reduced-motion preferences, semantic structure, and screen-reader-friendly labels.

Known accessibility practices

  • Public pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and descriptive links.
  • Interactive controls are designed to remain keyboard reachable and visible on focus.
  • Motion-heavy experiences should respect reduced-motion preferences.
  • Core study surfaces are intended to stay fast, legible, and mostly 2D so learners are not blocked by decorative rendering.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support with the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology if applicable, and a description of the issue. We will use that information to investigate and prioritize fixes.
